You can now sell items you find in Animal Crossing: New Horizons through Dodo Airlines, convenient new service in the game that also allows you to ship items back to your home. Any items that you bring with you to Harv's island will now be able to be sent back to your home storage, assuming that it hasn't already been filled with items. In the event that you prefer to sell your items, Wilbur will now allow you to do so, and the

you earn (which correspond to the prices of Timmy & Tommy's drop box) will be credited to your Nook account the following business day. It's the beginning of a new month, which means that new features in Animal Crossing: New Horizons have been unlocked. The wedding season and the new seasonal items have already been mentioned, but there's another feature that appears to have gone unnoticed in recent times - one that was first discovered in a Version 1.2.0 datamine. We're referring to the fact that Dodo Airlines (DAL) now provides item delivery and liquidation services to its passengers and crew members.
Dodo Airline is Available for Use of ACNH Item Storage
In the event that you travel to Harv's island, Wilbur informs you that Dodo Airlines is now offering item delivery and liquidation services, allowing you to send all of the treasures you discover back home to make room for more, or sell them immediately to clear out your inventory. However, despite some reports claiming that you can now sell and also send items back home when you're on a random island or a friend's island (using the same service), we attempted to do so and discovered that these options were not available. It means that when you're on a mystery island tour, you'll have to rely on the storage space in your bag to keep everything organized and safe.
Items shipped will be delivered directly to your home storage, and you will not be charged Bells for using the service to ship items back to your home island. Regarding liquidation, this allows you to unload excess baggage, which essentially means that you can sell whatever you come across in the process.
Wilbur, on the other hand, explains that the selling feature is part of a partnership with the Nook's Cranny, and that any items you sell to Wilbur will be purchased for the same price you would receive if you dropped them off at the shop. If you want to sell items when the Nook's Cranny store is closed, you can do so through the drop box, but you'll get a lower price for the items you sell. If you earn
animal crossing buy bells
, they will be deposited directly into your Bank of Nook account the following day.
After doing some island hopping, it appears that the option to send items back home or to sell them through Wilbur is only available on Harv's island at the time of this writing. The addition of this feature to island exploration would be incredible - I can only imagine how much more lucrative it would be on certain randomized islands in the future if you could send your catches home to be re-stocked with fresh supplies.
At one point in this story, we stated that this new feature would be available on any other islands you visited outside of Harv's island; however, we have since changed that statement to reflect that this is (sadly) not the case.
