Many players of the Chicago Bulls have been docked points for their performance as they did the previous year 2K MT , but not a single player earning an overall score of '90' or higher.15 players across the league earned a 90 or higher, clearly signalling that the consensus view in it is that Bulls lack a genuine star that could lead Chicago to a title. In spite of Chicago's All Star team, 2K seems overall dismissive of the talent that is on this team.

Somewhat surprisingly, Andre Drummond is rated as the fifth-best player from Chicago. He also barely misses the cut.
After that, the roster's rating as a whole is unremarkable. The Bulls backcourt suffers a big hit, as Alex Caruso, Coby White and Dosunmu were all demoted by one point even though most people would expect them to improve even more next year. Dosunmu's rating of 76 overall is particularly troubling, considering the player just won All-Rookie accolades. A fellow all-rookie second Team guard Josh Giddey posted roughly equal statistics when compared to Dosunmu (and was dominated by Ayo in head-to head matchups) as a starter but got a superior 82 overall score.
